Skillet Cookie

I wish I could make this cookie everyday.

But my waistline probably doesn't need this much butter and sugar everyday. However, if you need a treat, make this one.

It's whole wheat, but that actually makes it taste better. I like to use white whole wheat flour. It's got a great taste and is nutritionally the same as whole wheat.

You don't have to make it in a skillet, it's just cute and less time consuming.

Total carbs = 759

** carbs in chocolate will vary. I used 4.5 ounces of dark chocolate, which totaled approximately 60 carbs.
