Leah's favorite way to eat carrots!
One bag baby carrots
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon butter
Boil carrots in shallow water on stove or in microwave until fork tender. Drain.
Add honey, lemon juice, and butter. Stir until combined and butter is melted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Total carbs in recipe = 57
Makes about 5 servings. 11 carbs per serving.
