If I could eat a Jimmy John's veggie sub everyday, I'd be a happy camper. But between the cost and calories, not really practical.
So I've created my own version at home and it's so darn good.
Tortilla or crusty roll
mashed up avocado (or if in a pinch, Wholly Guacamole--so yummy)
Slice of provolone cheese
Wrap it all up and it seriously tastes really close to a JJ. At least enough to satisfy my craving for it.
And it's great for on the run!
