Italian Chicken Meatballs

1 - 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken (ground turkey or lean beef will work too)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian breadcumbs
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients and roll into equal sized balls. (Mine made 18).

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until meatballs are firm and no longer pink in the center.

Serve alone or with your favorite pasta dish and/or sauce!

  1. Where do you get ground chicken? I found it once at IGA but they had to get it from the back freezer.

  2. I found it at meijer. I like it better than ground turkey sometimes.
