Ahhh, food. We love it, but diabetes can make things tricky. So to keep track of things, I've included carb counts on most everything. (unless my kids don't eat it!) Most are tried and true recipes everyone in my family enjoys.

We try our best to eat a healthy, balanced diet. But sometimes life just needs indulgences, so they'll be plenty of fattening stuff, too. :)

I have a few favorite food blogs and websites that many of these recipes come from, as well as countless cookbooks at home. It's fun to experiment and make a recipe your own.
